About Us

"We Create Athletes For Great Success"

Here at Brazilian Soccer Club, we are a Development Soccer Program. We have been around for more than 14 years here in Okinawa, Japan. We coach and develop soccer players from the ages of 4 up to the age of 15 to create opportunities in their soccer career.

Our Story

Brazilian Soccer Club started off by Head Coach Roberto Iwashita. Coach Roberto launched the soccer club aiming to teach kids of all nationalities in Okinawa how to play “authentic Brazilian soccer.Brazilian Soccer Club has been around for more than 14 years starting at "United States Marine Base: Camp Foster" and now at "United States Air-Force Base: Kadena".

Here at Brazilian Soccer Club, we have three levels of soccer programs such as Soccer School, Soccer Academy and Soccer Club.

Soccer School is for the little ones starting to learn how to play soccer, and to learn the principles of soccer. Soccer Academy is for those that are quite not yet at the Soccer Club level. We, as Coaches, work with them so they are able to get at that level of competitiveness. We also have Soccer Club, in which is for Players that are already at that level of competitiveness.

At Brazilian Soccer Club we also offer tournaments, playing in other countries, soccer summer camps, beach camps, futsal camps, soccer clinics, and much much more.
